TRADITIONAL HAIGA:
Haiku This Haiga

From the beginning, Haigaonline's signature feature has been the Traditional Haiga section, with collaborative haiga by our resident staff and invited guests. We're delighted that Haiku This Haiga returns with a painting by our artist, Mary E. Rodning.

A hint on the subject: these are Pitcher plant (Sarracenia leucophylla) and Sundew (Drosera), carniverous plants from the Splinter Hill Bog Preserve, which is not far from Mary's home in Mobile County, Alabama.

Poem it for our Spring 2020 issue! The deadline for submissions is 1 December 2019. For full instructions, see our Submissions page.
