Up one level

Haiga by Angela Terry
and Maddox Morrison

Angela was one of this past year's readrs for Haiku Poets of Northern California's Two Autumns series. While we were talking about haiga, she told me that she had poemed some paintings by her two-and-a-half year old grandson. As an art teacher, I was immediately intrigued and asked her to send them in. I hope you're as taken as I am with Maddox's sense of color and the wonderful nature of this family collaboration.
