An'ya, whose haigo (pen name) loosely translates as 'a peaceful light in the moonless night', is well known to longtime readers of Haigaonline. She is widely published and a winner of too many awards to list in the space of one page. Currently she is an officer of the Oregon Haiku and Tanka Society, and the editor and publisher of Moonset.
